You receive a written AI Readiness Report with prioritized findings and specific workflow recommendations, followed by a 90-minute strategy session to walk through everything together.

I help clients hire well, onboard properly, and create the systems and culture that allow a team to perform without constant oversight. I also bring an established network of trusted digital professionals for clients who need to expand their team quickly.
