Everyone is telling you to use AI. Nobody is telling you where to start.
I help established coaches and consultants cut through the noise to get a clear, honest picture of where AI actually belongs in their business.
You built something real. But the business still depends too much on you.
You have clients, expertise, a reputation, and a team. From the outside, the business works.
Inside, too much still lives in your head.
Your team needs your input to move forward. Your systems do not quite connect. Processes are half-documented, decisions pile up, and those “time-saving” tools create more things to manage.
You know AI should be part of the answer. But layering new tools onto an operation that already runs on willpower is not a strategy. It is just more to manage.
AI is an operations decision. Not a tool decision.
Most of the coaches and consultants I work with have already tried to fix this. A new platform, a better app, a VA, a workflow, sometimes AI. It’s not that the tools were wrong. The foundation just was not ready for them.
AI does not fix messy operations. It amplifies the chaos.
Before any tool gets introduced, your business needs to work. Clear processes, documented workflows, a team that knows what to do without being told every step. Without that foundation, AI will just speed up the chaos.
With 20 years operating inside service businesses, I know how a coaching or consulting practice actually runs, where it breaks down, and what good looks like before any technology enters the picture.
If you are curious about AI, you are already asking the right questions. You just need a clear view of your operations before you move forward.
That is exactly what you will uncover in the AI Readiness Review. A clear picture of what the business actually needs, where AI can genuinely help, and where it would only add noise.
Not every process needs automation. Not every tool is worth adding. My job is to know the difference.
Here’s where we start.
The AI Readiness Review
A structured review of how your business actually runs, where AI can genuinely help, and what needs to be in place before it can work properly.
Investment: $1,500
The AI Readiness Review is offered on a selective basis. To apply, fill out a short questionnaire and I’ll be in touch within 1 business day.
How it works
We start with your processes, workflows, team structure, and documentation. From that foundation, I identify where AI could realistically reduce friction, where it would add noise or risk, and what operational work needs to happen to get you AI-ready.
You receive a written AI Integration Recommendation Report with prioritized findings and specific workflow recommendations. Then we walk through it together on a 90-minute strategy session.
You will leave with a clear picture of what your business needs next and a realistic view of what AI could look like inside it.
