The AI Readiness Review

You don’t need another AI tool. You need to know how to get your business ready for one.

A structured operational audit for established coaches and consultants who want to understand where AI fits before they implement anything.

Before AI can help, your business needs something solid underneath it.

You are paying attention to AI because you know something is shifting.

You may not be ready to overhaul your business around it. You may not even know which tools are worth your time. But by now you know that the AI shift it not something to ignore.

The coaches and consultants I work with are usually in the same place: curious, cautious, and busy enough that they cannot afford to make a bad decision just because everyone else seems to be moving faster.

They want to know whether their current operations can support automation, if AI would actually reduce the workload, and whether adding another tool would help the business run better.

You do not need to move quickly. You need to move with a clear view of what the business can actually support. That’s where the AI Readiness Review comes in.

How it works

Business areas covered

  • Client delivery: how your work is delivered, where quality depends too heavily on you, and where AI could support consistency without weakening the client experience

  • Sales and pipeline:how leads are tracked, followed up with, and moved toward a decision, including the places where opportunities are getting lost or delayed

  • Marketing operations:how your content, email, visibility, and lead generation systems are actually running behind the scenes

  • Team structure and decision-making: how work moves through the business, where bottlenecks form, and whether your team can operate without waiting for your input

  • Processes and documentation: what is written down, what still lives in your head, and what needs to be clarified before AI can support the work

  • Data and visibility:what you are tracking, what you are missing, and what AI would actually have to work with

  • Tech stack:what you are using, how it connects, and whether the foundation is stable enough to build on

Your involvement

The AI Readiness Review looks at how your business actually runs before any tool is introduced.

You start by filling out a detailed questionnaire. Then we will have a 60-minute call to ensure I understand your operational foundation: processes, workflows, documentation, team structure, tech stack, and data. From there, I identify where AI could realistically reduce friction, where it may add noise or risk, and what needs to be cleaned up before implementation starts.

The review is built on the IAOBM AI Audit framework, a structured methodology for assessing real businesses with real operating constraints.

What you will receive

You will walk away from the AI Readiness Review with:

AI Integration Recommendation Report

A written report covering the current state of your operations, the strongest opportunities for AI integration, and the operational work that needs to happen first.

The findings are prioritized, specific, and written to be acted on.

90-minute strategy session

We walk through the report together and translate the findings into a practical next step.

You leave with a clear picture of where AI could fit into your business and how to move forward without adding unnecessary complexity.

What comes next?

Do you know what drives me bananas? Strategy without implementation support. It is easy to tell someone what to do. It is much harder to actually help them get it done.

When we finish the AI Readiness Review, you will not be left with a report and a vague sense that someone should probably do something with it.

I will walk you through the practical implementation pathways available to you, which may include:

  • Project-based work to get your operations in order before introducing AI

  • AI implementation support from me

  • A combination of teaching and doing, which is often where this work is most useful

  • Strategic direction for a contractor or team member already inside your business

  • A different next step based on what we uncover

A well-meaning strategist can deliver a plan and walk away. That has never been how I like to work. I want to see the work turn into something useful inside your business.
